Art Instruction: Arty by Deanna commits to providing a dedicated Art Instructor who will guide you step by step in creating your chosen artwork through your selected platform.
Paint Kits: Your Paint Kit will include a pre-sketched canvas, paint, paint brushes, apron, water cup, palette, and an instructional tip sheet featuring an image of your selected artwork.
Event Duration: The duration of live events may vary, ranging from 2 to 3 hours based on the chosen painting. We aim to ensure an enjoyable and immersive experience for all participants.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for "no shows" on the day of the event. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
No refunds are given for paint kits. All sales are final.

Inclement Weather or State of Emergency:
In the face of uncontrollable factors such as inclement weather or a state of emergency, both parties understand that the need for canceling a painting class may arise. In such instances, our commitment is to prioritize the rescheduling of your event for a new date within the next 180 days.
While we cannot predict the weather or the path of a storm, the safety of our hostesses, guests, and staff takes precedence as our #1 concern. Decisions regarding cancellations will be made with the utmost consideration for everyone involved.
Additionally, we'd like to outline our refund policy in these scenarios. If the cancellation is initiated more than 10 days before the scheduled event, we will gladly offer a full refund. However, for cancellations made within 10 days or less, we are unable to provide a refund. Instead, we are happy to accommodate you by rescheduling the event within the next 180 days.
Waiver of Responsibility and Liability:
Arty by Deanna assumes no responsibility for damages to furniture, clothing, floors, carpets, upholstery, or any other items belonging to the hostess or guests resulting from the painting activity. Acrylic paint can stain clothing and fabrics if handled improperly. It is the hostess's responsibility to inform guests of this risk before proceeding with payment for the event. Payment of invoices (including PayPal and Square payments) for the event signifies that all participants understand and acknowledge these risks. Arty by Deanna will not reimburse for damages of this nature.
Arty by Deanna does not provide alcohol to guests. The hostess is accountable for the consumption of alcohol during the event, and Arty by Deanna assumes no responsibility for accidents or damages to the hostess, property, guests, or their property during the event. Please note that Arty by Deanna, its contractors, employees, and all staff reserve the right to cease services and leave any event at any time if circumstances or surroundings become or appear to become potentially dangerous or unsafe. In such instances, no refunds will be issued.
The hostess, guests, and non-painting participants of any event for which Arty by Deanna is hired agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arty by Deanna, its owners, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, actions, and liabilities. This includes injuries to persons and damage to property, arising from services, food, or alcohol providers and their products. However, this indemnification does not extend to claims, demands, losses, actions, or liabilities arising from willful negligence associated with painting supplies and equipment or willful misconduct by the owners, contractors, and affiliates of Arty by Deanna. Arty by Deanna and its staff are not held responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten articles.
